Winter has graced us with her presence for the first time this year and we are very grateful for the fun afternoon of snowy play. Usually it snows here for a couple of hours and then it starts to rain and all the snow melts, but this week it has stuck around for awhile longer. Olee set to work making some snow angels and pulling Will around in the new sled from Klara. Will did really great out there, we even went for a walk around the block to see some of the christmas lights and pulled him along in the sled, he was calm and happy the whole time, just taking it all in. Thank you Marmie and Poppa for outfitting the boys in their new winter gear!
first of all, you’re nuts. Going out and playing. I’ve only gone out to get places and to shovel snow.
But so cute how Will is all strapped into the sled. Seems like fun, though maybe only because I can’t feel the cold through the photos.
The boys look like they’re having so much fun. I love Will’s wide-eyed amazement at the experience. I miss the snow!

What great pictures! I’m glad to see those snowsuits are really getting tested under real winter conditions. It’s -27 today in Edmonton. An artic winter only Shane would dream about. We hit -35 last weekend. I have taken out my artic winter parka and have worn it for the past week. It has kept me very warm. Debbie may miss the snow but I wouldn’t mind some warmer weather. We Canadians are never happy when it comes to weather are we??? Well all I can say is after tomorrow things are looking up. The days will be getting longer. Yippee!
